The booking process usually takes less than 2 minutes. Once payment is completed, your reservation is instantly confirmed and details will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

We accept:

  • UPI payments

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet payments (where available)

All bookings automatically generate an invoice including applicable taxes. You can download your tax invoice anytime from your booking confirmation email or your account dashboard.

Currently, reservations must be paid using a single payment method per booking.

You can manage payment methods by:

  1. Logging into your account

  2. Opening Profile → Payments

  3. Adding, editing, or removing saved payment options

Booking Questions

Yes. You can modify dates or guest details before confirmation by contacting support or the host directly.

Go to:
My Bookings → Select Reservation → Cancel Booking

Refund eligibility depends on the property’s cancellation policy.

Your reservation status can be viewed in:
Dashboard → My Reservations

Statuses include:

  • Pending

  • Confirmed

  • Cancelled

  • Completed

You can locate your reservation:

  • From confirmation email

  • From your account dashboard

  • Using booking reference number

Payment is charged immediately after booking confirmation unless the property allows partial payment or pay-at-check-in options.

Help on your reservations

If a host cancels:

  • You receive a full refund

  • Our team helps you find alternative accommodation

  • Refund is processed within 5–7 business days

The Resolution Center helps resolve issues related to:

  • Refund requests

  • Property concerns

  • Payment disputes

  • Stay-related problems

Our support team will assist both guest and host fairly.

Immediately contact:

  • The host through your booking page, or

  • Customer support

We will coordinate item recovery and shipping if possible.

Yes. Most properties use instant booking. If host approval is required, you will receive confirmation within a few hours.

You can share:

  • Booking confirmation email

  • Reservation link

  • Check-in instructions

with friends or family traveling with you.
