Valestay does not verify legal ownership.
Booking Commitment
Hosts must:
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Avoid last-minute cancellations
- Maintain communication with guests
Frequent cancellations may lead to suspension.
Property Standards
Hosts must ensure:
- Clean accommodation
- Working utilities
- Safe environment
- Basic amenities as advertised
Guest Privacy
Hosts must respect guest privacy and must not:
- Install hidden cameras
- Access guest belongings
- Share guest information
Damage Claims
Hosts may report damages within 48 hours after checkout.
Valestay may review evidence before resolution.
Payments
Valestay may collect payments and release payouts according to platform rules.
Account Actions
Valestay reserves the right to:
- Remove listings
- Suspend hosts
- Restrict platform access
